Teen Court

What is Teen Court?

Teen Court is a program of the Juvenile Justice System. All of the court personnel, with the exception of the Judge, are youth. These are real cases in which an offense has been committed by a minor, the minor has admitted to the offense, and has elected to be judged by his/her peers. Teenagers are the jurors, the prosecution and defense attorneys, bailiffs and court clerks.
